PT Kelapa Jaya Lestari is a modern coconut-processing company starting operations in North Sulawesi. 

The Senior Human Resources Officer will be a key member of the management team involved in recruitment, administration and setting company policies and procedures.

The Production Floor Manager will be a key member of the management team involved in ensuring efficient production, maintenance and compliance to product quality, food safety, employee safety and good environmental management.

 

Senior HR Officer Candidate Profile: 

  • Professional qualification in HRM will be an advantage 
  • Age between 28 to 40 with more than 5 years of work experience in the field of HR and at least 3 years in HR Officer category 
  • Thorough knowledge about labour law and industry trends in Human Resources Management 
  • A very good working knowledge in all the areas of HR operations regarding the employee life cycle, from recruitment to payroll to resignations 
  • High proficiency in English with computer skills in all the MS office packages and HR Information Systems is essential 
  • Skills in decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution are essential 
  • Willingness to work in a rural area of North Sulawesi 

 

Senior HR Officer Job Requirements: 

  • Ensure on-time recruitment 
  • Carry out induction and onboarding processes 
  • Process the monthly payroll in the HR Information System 
  • Handle all Jamsostek-related matters and ensure timely payment of contributions and other statutory requirements 
  • Responsible for creation and development of HR policies and the HR Manual 
  • Responsible for all types of Correspondence and HR-related letters in the HR division 
  • Planning and executing yearly company events, activities or employee engagement activities 
  • Handling all grievances, disciplinary inquiries, employee or labour-related matters in compliance with regulations 
  • Carry out employee exit formalities 
  • Take care of the HR Information System 100% accuracy of the data, generate reports for important decision making Handle the corporate social media including LinkedIn / YouTube and Facebook according to the monthly content plan

Production Floor Manager Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering will be an advantage 
  • Age between 24 to 35 with more than 3 years of work experience in a similar industry 
  • Work experience in the food industry maintaining ISO22000 and BRCGS certification will be an added advantage 
  • Excellent planning, supervision, communication, people management and leadership skills 
  • High proficiency in English with computer skills in all the MS office packages 
  • Skills in trouble-shooting, decision making and problem solving under minimum supervision are essential 
  • Willingness to work in a rural area of North Sulawesi 

 

Production Floor Manager Job Requirements: 

  • Maintain efficient production processes while adhering to food safety and quality standards 
  • Carry out the preventive maintenance program and adhere to standard procedures 
  • Take responsibility for the engineering stores, order and maintain stocks of spare parts as required 
  • Coordinate and ensure requirements of quality and food safety are complied with 
  • Ensure accurate production and maintenance records are maintained
  • Ensure accurate production reports are submitted to management 
  • Ensure safe working and good environmental management practices
